Employees and contractors donated 63 pairs of eyeglasses. Eyeglasses were donated to the Lions Club Recycle for Sight program.
Employees and contractors donated 49 cell phones, wall chargers and car chargers to Secure the Call, a 501(c)(3) charity that provides free 911 emergency-only cell phones to domestic violence centers, senior citizen centers, police and sheriff departments.
Employees donated sneakers to One World Running, an organization that collects, washes and sends athletic shoes to developing countries to promote its goal of bringing people closer together through running and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Several employee giving campaigns were held supporting a variety of causes including: breast cancer awareness, Fallen Linemen Foundation, Phoenixville Women’s Outreach and Philabundance food bank.
The Information Technology Services Division donated 67 “Bundles of Warmth” to help those of all ages stay warm this winter.
